A MESSAGE FROM THE RECTOR
Today Los Angeles County eased its indoor mask mandate to allow people vaccinated against COVID-19 to remove face coverings indoors at establishments that verify patrons' vaccination status. Because we do not check vaccination status on Sundays, I strongly urge that we continue to love our neighbor and protect our most vulnerable by wearing a mask. Unvaccinated persons must continue to mask. Our staff, clergy, and choir will continue to mask on Sundays and in our offices. Our clergy may choose to unmask on Sundays when speaking into a microphone.
Because the outdoor mask mandate has been lifted, we joyfully announce that masks are no longer required outside. As COVID cases continue to fall and hospitalizations decline, I ask that we continue to pray for patience and understanding during this interim period. Your staff and I will keep you updated as county recommendations change.
